Returns
You may request a return if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Customers are responsible for safely packaging the product for return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
Items without original packaging or accessories.
Customized or special-order products.
Refunds
Since Valeria Voyage operates with Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds are provided in cash (if applicable) or via replacement of the product.
If a replacement is not available, we will arrange a cash refund through our delivery partner or another agreed-upon method.
Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Please allow 7–14 business days after approval for your refund or replacement to be completed.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will be happy to replace the returned item with the same product (if in stock) or a similar item of equal value.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at [email protected].
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may proceed with a return request after receiving the product.
