Returns

  • You may request a return if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

  • Customers are responsible for safely packaging the product for return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

  • Items without original packaging or accessories.

  • Customized or special-order products.

Refunds

  • Since Valeria Voyage operates with Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds are provided in cash (if applicable) or via replacement of the product.

  • If a replacement is not available, we will arrange a cash refund through our delivery partner or another agreed-upon method.

  • Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Please allow 7–14 business days after approval for your refund or replacement to be completed.

Exchanges

  • If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will be happy to replace the returned item with the same product (if in stock) or a similar item of equal value.

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at [email protected].

  • Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may proceed with a return request after receiving the product.
